DAVE LEWIS

Co-founder

Dave Lewis has over 20 years experience in the IT industry, running technical professional services organisations and delivering full lifecycle professional services engagements.  He has built medium sized organisations from startup, partnering with the largest names in the industry as well as cutting-edge entrants and working with and within a wide variety of market sectors including banking & financial services, telecommunications, Government & defence, retail, AEC, energy and transport. 

Dave holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration as well as numerous technical vendor qualifications and is certified in nearly every internationally recognised project and programme management and related discipline.

With a background in technical consultancy, Dave has broad experience across OSS, service assurance and AI/ML Ops.  He is quick to adapt to new technologies and specialise in new domains and is as comfortable articulating business benefits, requirements and ROI as discussing technical architecture, solution design and integration.  Dave leads from the front and maintains a thorough and in-depth understanding of the technologies he and his teams work with.

LUKAS

Co-founder

Lukas’ responsibilities include all revenue generating processes. He’s responsible for the performance, strategy, and alignment of the organisation’s revenue operations. Lukas is accountable for the performance of all RevOps functions within ML Group, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Lukas bring over 17 years of sales and leadership experience to ML Group. Prior to establishing ML Academy with Michael Wenn (Co-Founder), Lukas held a Global Role at Splunk where he was a top performer with a key focus on leading the pharmaceutical sector.

A results orientated, disciplined software veteran, Lukas spent over 10 years in a variety of sales roles at Symantec. As Global Account Exec, he drove the company’s rapid growth in both the security and availability domains.  

Prior to Symantec, Lukas worked for Dell and played a pivotal role in Public Sector. Lukas’ career started at Netezza (IBM), where he was responsible for their first landing in EMEA.

Lukas is a family man and purpose coach in his spare time. Outside of the corporate world, enjoys serving others through giving back.

MICHAEL

Co-founder

Mike’s responsibilities include overseeing corporate strategy, driving global sales for MLA and MLO, with a focus on growing the company’s enterprise client bases.  

Mike’s distinguished 17-year career as an IT sales executive includes a successful track record in high-profile leadership positions, as well as top sales achievements in the high-tech and software industries. A frequent trainer in sales strategy, process, and methodology, Mike specializes in forming strategic alliances and programs that add value to the customer relationship.

Prior to forming MLA with Lukas Reeves - Co-Founder, Mike oversaw EMEA sales for an international software provider. It was there he nurtured key relationships and engineered strategic partnerships that led to significant revenue growth and a record-breaking enterprise sales team that saw the biggest EMEA deals in company history.

Mike’s proven performance as a top sales representative at Splunk, BMC Software, and IBM/Teamstudio has laid the groundwork for him to deliver large growth in the sales revenue of MLA/MLO.

In his free time, Mike, a London native, enjoys indulging in the Star Wars franchise with his wife and two children. He also pushes himself on extreme endurance sports and runs bike and swims events such as Ironman for fun.
